An equine behaviorist is a horse trainer that specializes in recognizing and correcting equine behavior problems. Problems that may require professional help include bucking, biting, kicking, rearing, running away - amongst others.
Be aware that many horse trainers have not passed through formal education and accreditation for taking care of equine behavior problems. Always ask for references and take care in selecting an equine behaviorist.

Horse behaviorist
Be very aware that some of these "Parelli trained/certified" behaviorists may be able to repeat the ideas of the true professionals but are unable to actually help with many problems. For instance one so called behaviorist had actually told people that the horses that had were just not fit for them and they should look for a new horse. These people were fortunated the "certified " instructor abandoned the farm a new person began helping them and now every person is riding and enjoying their horses. The same horses they were told they should get rid of. Imagine that.
Thanks for your comment
Not to disparage an individual trainer, but horse owners must be wary in working with any trainer. Finding a good one may be a challenge. There is an article on this website that offers suggestions for finding a good person to help you with your horse.
Please see Finding a Horse Behaviorist
You should be 100% comfortable with the trainer, and an active participant in solving a behavior problem.
Be safe and enjoy your horse!
