If you are like most horsemen of a certain age, you find yourself wondering, "Who stole my body and left me with the one that is stiff and sore after I ride?", the good news is that you can get your flexible body back.

Whitehall Publishing is excited to be working with Jennifer Kotylo, creator of the new DVD series, “Improve Your Riding Through Movement." Jennifer is the real deal! She is a Certified Core Dynamics Pilates Instructor, Certified Equilates teacher, a Certified Balimo Practitioner and she is a horsewoman competing at the FEI level in dressage.

The series is divided into three separate DVD programs. The first focuses on the pelvis, the second on the upper body, and the third on the core. "My goal with these videos is to show riders of all disciplines, how easy–to–do movements can vastly improve their time in the saddle," says Jennifer.

The exercises provided in the DVDs are designed to work with your body, not against it. These are gentle exercises that produce impressive results.

"Jennifer shared with me that as a child, her mother was told by a ballet teacher to save her money because Jennifer's was never going to have the body of a ballerina. To go from that assessment as a child to now competing at the FEI level in dressage was enough to convince me that she was onto something and after trying the DVDs myself, I can say that if you are sore after riding, trying Jennifer's DVDs can really help reduce your pain, increase your flexibility and as a result, make you a safer rider.

By the way, these pelvic exercises will not just improve your riding. Any area in your life in which you rely on your pelvic muscles will benefit from these easy-to-do movements!" said Bonnie Marlewski-Probert, Whitehall Publishing.

The entire series focuses on increasing rider flexibility, strength and fluidity, all of which will improve your riding and your life. "Jennifer is every woman. As far as I'm concerned, Jennifer has discovered the fountain of youth!

These exercises can all be done in the privacy of your own home, at your own pace. No matter how stiff or sore your body may feel, with these easy-to-do exercises, you can improve." said Bonnie.

The first of three DVDs in the “Improve Your Riding Through Movement - The Pelvis” is available now at http://jenniferkotylo.com. DVD number two in the series, focusing on the upper body, is releasing this summer, followed by the third DVD, focusing on the core soon thereafter.

In addition to being a competitive dressage rider, Jennifer is also a sought after speaker, clinician and columnist. Her credentials include an MBA in finance and strategic planning as well as a BA in economics.
