Flossie has been an animal lover from earliest childhood. Having frown up on a farm where horses, cows, chickens, pigs, dogs and cats were the norrn, she is delighted to be part of EquiMed.
When Mark, the CEO and developer of EquiMed asked her to join his team of contributors, she enrolled in My Horse University at Michigan State and completed a number of courses in everything related to horse care including nutrition, diseases and conditions, hoof and dental care, training, and everything available that is horse-related.
As a contributor and editor, Flossie looks forward to the spending time on the EquiMed site each day as new content is developed and older content revised and brought up to date. Working with the many excellent contributors and team members at EquiMed is a learning experience beyond compare.
