Memories, they are what are lives are made of in a variety of ways. We love them, we learn from them, and we carry them in our hearts always. Many lives have been touched and changed forever in the equestrian world by the event that we are celebrating this year, 2017.

Up-dating horse training

Shawna and her clickers forever changed the face of horse and other equine training by bringing a choice to a world where coercion ruled.

Shawna Karrasch and a partner started the business of bringing positive reinforcement/reward based training to horses in the long ago days of 1997.

That was before cell phones where what they are today. Can you even remember back that far? Pretty sure it was before apps were a daily component of life.

Ten years ago, many of us heard of her new methods and probably chalked them up to the latest fad in horse training. Little did we realize what we were missing? From the sea mammal world to arenas, stalls, paddocks and pens everywhere, Shawna and her clickers have taken hearts by storm.

This event forever changed the face of horse and other equine training. Shawna brought choice to a world where coercion ruled - due to lack of other known options and thorough comprehension of horse psychology and behavior.

So this year, we celebrate the blessing of Shawna Karrasch, the ten year anniversary of On Target Training and a way of life for horses that recognizes their feelings, emotions, and intelligence. We hope that you will join us by checking out: http://www.on-target-training.com/ or http://shawnakarrasch.com/ or https://youtu.be/mOgtI23xqXE ...and bring your horse the gift of communication that they truly understand and value. You can change their world, one click at a time!
