According to Zenyatta.com maintained by Jerry and Ann Moss, owners of the horse, and racing manager, Dottie Ingordo-Shirreffs, Horse of the Year Zenyatta is no longer in foal.
On March 10 she was reported to be in foal to Bernardini, but the website reported Tuesday, March 29, 2011, that a recheck showed Zenyatta was no longer pregnant.
The seven-year-old Zenyatta’s only loss in 20 career starts came by a head to Blame in the Breeders' Cup Classic. Zenyatta is now stabled at Lane's End Farm near Versailles, Ky.
