Teaching your horse tricks is a fun challenge and a great way to form a better relationship with your equine partner. Through trick training, you can teach your horse to focus on subtle body language and respond accurately to voice commands.

Throughout his training method, Clinton preaches the importance of consistency in a training program, saying, “Consistency is your greatest ally, inconsistency is your greatest enemy.” While that tried-and-true formula is key to a well-broke horse, he also adds that it’s important to include variety.

Variety keeps training sessions fresh and interesting for your horse, which in turn keeps him happy and looking forward to training. Clinton introduced tricks to his finished horses for that reason – to add variety to training sessions.

And the result has been incredible – he’s got happier horses that enjoy their jobs more!

Every horse is capable of learning tricks – no matter his age, breed or athletic ability. That’s unlike many equine activities where the horse must possess some amount of natural talent or ability for the discipline.

Anytime you can have fun with your horse, strengthen your partnership and challenge yourself, it’s a good thing. Clinton will show you how to take your horsemanship beyond groundwork and riding exercises into a whole new arena of excitement.

The Trick Training Series retails for $299 for No Worries Club members and $499 for non-members. Shop and learn more about the series: Downunder Horsemanship.
