Since starting this project, FarmVet and its loyal customers have helped raise over $19,000.00 to help equestrians in need.

Selected horse shows including the Kentucky Summer Series, Saturday 27 and Hampton Classic Horse Show, August 31, will be designated as EAF Day where a percentage of the day’s proceeds will be donated to the EAF.

Purchases made on EAF Day at the mobile store at the designated horse shows; toll-free by phone at 888.837.3626; or online at FarmVet; will contribute to the day’s donations. Customers can also make direct online contributions every time they order using the EAF donation box on FarmVet’s website.

“We are excited about helping EAF raise funds again this year. Since we have started this project, FarmVet and its loyal customers have helped raise over $19,000.00 to help equestrians in need.  Our goal is $50,000.00, so please shop away! ” said Christian Currey, founder of FarmVet.

“The EAF is thrilled to have the ongoing support of FarmVet and its customers,” said R. Scot Evans, president of the Equestrian Aid Foundation. “With EAF Day purchases, customers get the great FarmVet products they want with the added reward of helping our fellow equestrians in need.”

About the Equestrian Aid Foundation:

For more than 17 years, the EAF has delivered financial assistance to equestrians, horsemen and equine-related professionals who are suffering from catastrophic illnesses or injuries.

In September 2012, the EAF reached a milestone of giving more than $2 million in aid to those in dire need. Funding for medical, rehabilitation and essential expenses - such as food and housing - enables recipients to cope through crisis and get back on their feet.

The Equestrian Aid Foundation is dedicated to helping people from all riding disciplines, equine professions, backgrounds and ages.
