âThe focus is on encouraging novice to intermediate western riders to improve their skills, build confidence and have more fun with their horses and other western lifestyle activities they are involved in,â said organizer, Alyssa Barnes. âNot everyone has access to top instructors in their own backyards, so I wanted to bring the instruction to them.â Speakers will share their personal stories and success tips, giving attendees ideas to consider and test out after the summit ends.
The Cowboy Champions Summit will run over the course of six days with a new interview session released each day, just as many people are gearing up for summertime horse-related activities . The initial kickoff session on June 1st will feature a live presentation and Q&A with professional female saddle bronc rider, Kaila Mussell.
