One of our Most Popular Sayings Here at FullBucket is...“When you’re on the right path, the world will conspire on your behalf.” Once again, this came true for us in Las Vegas at the annual American Association of Equine Practitioner’s convention.

The FullBucket team, leaders in horse nutrition, opted to conduct a Giving program at the AAEP Convention and ended up delivering 250 sack lunches to the homeless, feeding 100+ Mission residents and giving 60+ warm jackets to the needy.

Not being ones for conventional approaches, we opted to conduct a Giving program at the show. Attending veterinarians and tradeshow attendees were notified that we were going to be providing meals and coats to the homeless in Sin City.

Well, Debbie Miles and the AAEP organization stepped up and helped us out. They provided a great space and all the assistance we needed. That in itself was a true inspiration and served as motivation to all of those that participated!

With the help of many volunteers we were able to put together 250 sack lunches that would be delivered to the homeless, fed 100+ Mission residents a hot meal and delivered 60+ winter jackets for distribution at the Las Vegas Mission. (You can see some of the pictures here)

Because of the wonderful support and response we had with this giving project, we have decided to make it an annual event. So when it comes time for the show in Florida next year, be ready to roll up your sleeves and pitch in.

New Full Bucket Products for Horses Debuted

FullBucket definitely had the best show in our history. After all we did start and grow our supplement company through the veterinary market by tackling tough problems of diarrhea, colic and colitis.

However, after several years and trials we have expanded our line to help horse owners prevent such problems in the first place. Because our products are used by some of the top racehorse trainers and equine clinics, we decided to focus our lines on performance horses and breeding horses.

FullBucket Athletic Formula was designed in conjunction with the top nutritionist from Texas A & M. Unlike other daily supplements on the market, we focused on improving the digestive functions as a way to increase health.

“Most performance horse feed programs have all the nutrients your horse needs to stay healthy. However because of stress and travel, most horses only get 20% to 30% out of their feed. Owners end up pouring supplements on top as a way to counteract this and it creates more problems that end up in surgery.

You can avoid all that by giving the horse the ability to extract all the nutrients out of their current feeding program with Athletic Formula. It’s by far the most efficient and effective way,” Dr. Rob Franklin, DVM, DACVIM.

Medical Muscle Antioxidant is a new, patented technology that evolved from human triathlon sports medicine. Antioxidants are a fast growing addition to healthcare and they play a key role in muscle and joint health.

Do you take vitamin C for health? Well, the key antioxidant in Medical Muscle is 6,000 times stronger! It only takes a small amount to see improved muscle function in your performance horse.

It feels good to Do Good

I also wanted to share some of the other philanthropy we’ve been up to right here -in the U.S.! Please meet and read about our first domestic giving partner Harnessing Hope and their work with Therapeutic Riding.

As the end of the year is upon us, we wanted to take the opportunity to thank all of you, our incredible veterinary friends. Our time spent in Las Vegas surrounded by extraordinary people was the highlight of the season! Working with such an amazing group makes this labor of love, no labor at all. We appreciate each and every one of our Tribe members.

We want to wish you all an outstanding 2016! We know it’s going to be a good one.

Until next time please remember to, Be Good & Do Good. - Dr. Rob, Dr. Keith and Robo

PS - If you missed us at the Las Vegas convention or you missed the show altogether you should check out all of our new GI products. We continue the fight against diarrhea, GI disease and other internal health issues. We believe that optimal health starts from the inside.

ABOUT FULLBUCKET Veterinary Strength Products

"For Every FullBucket You Buy, We Give One To An Animal in Need!"

Rob Franklin, DVM, DACVIM, Keith Latson, DVM, DACVS and Robo Hendrickson are the founders behind FullBucket veterinary strength supplements for horses and dogs. FullBucket is a line of animal GI healthcare products that are used by the top veterinary clinics and Universities in the U.S. as a protocol to help fight GI disease and related problems.

They’re also the people behind the idea of “Be Good & Do Good.” which is their movement to get the animal healthcare community involved in helping animals in need worldwide.

While volunteering their veterinary services to the Equitarian Initiative program in impoverished areas of rural Mexico, Dr. Rob and Dr. Keith witnessed the hardships faced by Working Equids – donkeys, mules and horses used for hard labor to support families and communities throughout the world.

Their solution to the nutritional problems they saw in abundance was simple: use their for-profit, nutritional business in the U.S., FullBucket, to provide support without being reliant on donations.

We see FullBucket as an opportunity to make the world a better place.
