A "zero-tolerance" crackdown on rowdy behavior at Dodger Stadium after a San Francisco Giants fan was severely beaten has police on horses patrolling the stadium and parking lot areas along with others on bicycles and on foot. Many Dodger fans appreciate the police presence, but express dismay that it is necessary.
Police have released sketches of the two men being sought in the opening day attack on Bryan Stow, a paramedic and father who remains in a coma.
According to Police Chief Charlie Beck, crime is actually down at the stadium, but because of the brutal beating, people's perceptions may keep fans away.
