RideAlert is proud to announce their latest Partnership with a great, well-established and respected Equestrian organization - the Colorado Horse Council.

According to Anita Hasbury-Snogles, Co-Founder, Ride-Alert, USA, "No one wants to be involved in a horse riding accident but unfortunately paramedics are called to riding accidents all too frequently each week. By joining Ride-Alert you are allowing yourself to be identified quickly and for the emergency services to learn of any medical conditions or allergies that may affect your treatment.

It also means your family can be informed as soon as you're found rather than being left worried at home.

With the recent damaging effects of flooding experienced by many of those in Colorado, arranging a partnership with the Colorado Horse Council made perfect sense. Not only does the COHC look after the interests of their Members and their equines, but part of their remit is to promote the education of the public and help boost equine Tourism through major events such as the Colorado Rocky Mountain Horse Expo"

According to Bill Scebbi, "The Colorado Horse Council is proud to be affiliated with Ride Alert, a company that recognizes the importance of safety for both horse and rider. The benefits of this program are something that we really can appreciate with all of the emergencies we have had this year in our State. The Colorado Horse Council looks forward to building a long lasting relationship with Ride Alert!”

Kerry Kuhn, Clinician, TV show Host, and Ambassador for Ride Alert says, “Ride Alert is something that we all are going to not want to be without. Being able to have access to valuable lifesaving information can be critical in the case of an accident."

"We all know how dangerous horses can be, so having the peace of mind for your kids and family that they (as well as yourself) are signed up with Ride Alert can be an incredible asset."

I grew up riding some pretty rough horses, and often found myself out in places where I was alone or with strangers. Now that I'm a father myself, I think back a lot at some of the things I did and how it bothers me to think about my own kids doing those very same things. I know I can't protect them from everything, but I can at least equip them with Ride Alert!"

About the Colorado Horse Council

The Colorado Horse Council, Inc. is a grass-roots, all-breed, non-discipline specific organization dedicated to linking the horse owners and the horse industry of the State of Colorado into a powerful, common voice in order to protect their common equine interests through legislation and education.

It also employs a full-time contract lobbyist, who works with the State Legislature on horse and agriculture-related issues. The COHC was founded back in 1972 and each Spring runs the hugely successful Rocky Mountain Horse Expo (which next year will be held on March 7-9 2014), and the Heritage Ride in the Fall.
