19-year-old Hertel, who hails from Wilber Downs, Coonamble, Australia, started out in Pony Club when she was five, switching sports after she fell in love with rodeo -- competing for the first time in 2007.  Since then, the oft described “best barrel racer in Australia” has amassed an impressive record of more than 70 buckles.

Her ever-growing list of championship titles include ABCRA Australian Ladies Barrel Racing Champion 2012 and 2011; ABCRA Australian Junior Barrel Racing Champion 2011, 2012, 2009, 2008, 2007, and 2006.

Her string of competition horses includes the now famous CASH– the ABCRA Australian Barrel Racing Horse of The Year for 2011 and 2012.

During a 2012 competition trip to the USA, Bianca first encountered FLAIR Nasal Strips.  Since then, she never allows her horses to compete without FLAIR.
