Lorraine Jerabek of De Pere, WI, is longer piling manure with a wheelbarrow on her farm – she’s spreading it with the new stainless steel manure spreader she won in Millcreek Manufacturing’s (www.MillcreekSpreaders.com) 30th Anniversary Sweepstakes. Lorraine’s name was selected from over 3,300 entries in the Sweepstakes, which ended Oct. 12, 2015.

“I am thrilled beyond words to have won the 27 SS spreader,” said Lorraine. “This handy little spreader is the perfect size for my 3-stall barn and will surely make my chores easier. Thank you so much, Millcreek!”

Lorraine currently owns two horses, a 5-year-old Miniature Horse and a 29-year-old Appaloosa mare. She plans on adding a new riding horse to her herd in the near future, so eliminating the wheelbarrow and not having to pay a neighbor to spread her piled manure will be a great help.

The 27 SS is one of Millcreek’s exclusive line of stainless steel spreaders and includes a Lifetime Warranty against floor and body rust-through. Featuring no-maintenance sealed bearings, endgate and dolly wheel jack stand, the machine provides the ultimate in ease of use and durability for farm owners.

Since 1985 Millcreek Manufacturing, Inc., located in Lancaster County, PA, has led the industry in building innovative, top-quality manure spreaders specifically designed for smaller farm operations. The equipment has undergone continual improvements in materials and engineering in response to customer feedback. The Model 27 represents the 5th generation of the original spreader.
