Nouvelle Veterinary announces the release of new Cur-OST® EQ IR formula for use in horses with insulin resistance or metabolic syndrome.

Our new EQ IR formula is based on a proprietary blend of blueberry, bilberry and noni fruit extracts that have been shown in veterinary clinical trials to aid in the management of blood glucose levels as well as providing a potent natural source of antioxidants to support overall health.

Blueberries, bilberry and noni fruits have all been studied in human research trials and have been noted to support a healthy sugar metabolism.

The EQ IR formula has been shown to be especially effective when combined with one of our curcumin based formulas, EQ Green or EQ PLUS, which not only supports a healthy glucose metabolism but also reduces the inflammatory process which commonly occurs with these conditions resulting in laminitis.

In many of our clinical patients, weight reduction was also noted in a high percentage of the patients over 1-2 months due to the improved metabolism.  Our EQ IR formula is readily palatable and in a naturally flavored powdered blend for use as a daily supplement.
