Small, and Chief Executive Officer, James S. Ruder.

RS Bioceuticals was formed to bring targeted niche products, in categories that have traditionally been underserved or underrepresented, to equine and companion animal markets and health care.

Ruder and Small, the ‘R’ and ‘S’ behind RS Bioceuticals, worked together in the late 1990’s, and again from 2005 to 2010, developing Equilite, Inc., manufacturer of the award-winning brand, Sore No-More, until it was acquired by Novus International in 2009. “We have many years of experience working together and share a renewed excitement over RS Bioceutical’s recent brand acquisitions. We cannot wait to introduce horse and pet owners to the products we have discovered that truly show American innovation at its best.”
