JPC Equestrian is proud to announce their new TuffRider 2017 Horse Blanket Collection featuring Clozease closures for fast securing like a seatbelt and many new features.

Levy's intention for the new line was to solve the problems that were inherent in blanketing with the addition of innovative enhancements.

The new TuffRider blanket collection is separated into three lines - Optimum, Major, and Bonum.   Bonum is in 1200D Ripstop, Major uses a tough 1200D ballistic polyester and Optimum is a combination of super strong Outer Armour and 1680D Triple Weave, both with a Thermo Manager lining.

To also add to the appeal of the new blanket line, new colors and designs are also used for an eye-popping look. New colors include Ensign Blue, Titanium, Deep Wisteria, Deep Teal, and Periwinkle Violet.

The new features included on all three lines are:

  • Clozease closures for fast securing like a seatbelt. These new buckles can be fastened with gloves on, perfect for the winter and colder months
  • The memory foam wither relief done with small, but effective pads to relieve pressure on the horse's withers
  • An extra large tail flap included for extra protection against the chilly weather
  • The Stretchet panel provides movement without bunching on the inside like the traditional gusset
  • All-around binding with reflective trim, perfect for night time turn out

The TuffRider 2017 blanket collection is priced for value. MSRP prices range from $109.95 to $199.95, making them true to the tagline of Affordable Innovations. The collection was designed in response to the feedback from fellow horse owners. While these blankets are affordable, a lot of quality and effort has been given to make them the best available for their price, while including solutions for problems experienced with other blankets.

Jack Levy says, "I was tasked to create the best line of blankets for the money, with features not generally found at those price points. I believe we succeeded as the line was very well received by our dealers at the recent AETA Trade Show."

About JPC Equestrian
In 1992, an accomplished horseman was having second thoughts about the uncomfortable, expensive, synthetic clothing he--and his fellow riders--were always stuck wearing. He knew and they agreed about the need for comfortable, affordable riding apparel.

Therefore, Varun "Timmy" Sharma began researching, designing and working tirelessly to build a new, forward-thinking clothing company called JPC Equestrian. He took his unconventional apparel, made with comfortable, natural fibers, from his small JPC factory in New Delhi, India and went to the prestigious markets of Europe and America. He sold his comfortable riding clothes at affordable prices and the world took notice.

Soon, the American demand for Timmy's clothing led him to set up JPC Equestrian Inc. headquarters in Drums, Pennsylvania. JPC Equestrian is now one of the world's largest equestrian manufacturers, selling a wide range of apparel, footwear and horse clothing, equipment and tack under TuffRider, Equine Couture and Henri de Rivel brand labels.

About TuffRider

TuffRider was JPC Equestrian's first brand to be sold in the United States. It offers basics in equestrian riding apparel, footwear and horse products, at prices that appeal to the novice rider, the competitive shopper and the value conscious.
