The 2013 National Reining Horse Association (NRHA) Handbook is available for worldwide Reining enthusiasts via online, print and iPhone app versions. The 2013 NRHA Handbook includes NRHA bylaws, rules, regulations and judges’ guide along with the standard NRHA Patterns.
The National Reining Horse Association is the standard-setting body for the sport of reining, and is responsible for promoting the sport and working to ensure the highest standards of competition.

Online version – Visit www.nrha.com and click on the Membership tab to find the Handbook in a PDF form. This version is available to anyone free of charge.
In print – When renewing your membership, be sure to indicate that you’d like to receive the Handbook when your membership card is sent. If you’ve already renewed your membership, or you are a 3-year or Lifetime member and need to request a Handbook, call 405-946-7400.
Free iPhone app – If you have previously installed the iPhone app on your device, you only need to download the update to acquire the 2013 version. If you have not installed the app previously, search for “NRHA” in the iTunes store or click here to download. The app is available to anyone free of charge.
