The card covers your animal family and gives you peace of mind all year.
Making sure your animals are cared for
When you carry this card the authorities will be alerted that you have animals who depend upon you and will know who to contact to provide for their care.
The goal of this alert card is to raise awareness in the event that you can no longer care for your animals.

Attorneys advise carrying a card like this with you at all times in case you become incapacitated. When you carry this card the authorities will be alerted that you have animals who depend upon you and will know who to contact to provide for their care.
Please fill out the contact information with someone who knows about how to care for your animals and place the card in your purse or wallet. The card covers your Animal Family and gives you Peace of Mind all year.
Peace of Mind Program
The Peace of Mind Program was initiated to help Horsemen with their testamentary wishes for their beloved Horses. Many times there is only one Horseman in a family, and with the unfortunate or unexpected passing of that Horseman, the Family or Executor does not know what to do with the Animals.
The Foundation has seen many sad cases where the Horses suffered needlessly because Family Members or Executors didn't know what to do or even where to look for Help.
The Peace of Mind Program ensures that your Family Members or Executor has a recourse that will Help when they need it most. This Program is a free benefit for Members of The Foundation. ALL your Horses, no matter what the breed, can be listed in the Program.
It is, of course, some paperwork. But once done, it will Help provide Needed Guidance should anything unexpected happen to you. Once you Enroll your Horses you will have Peace of Mind.

About The Foundation for the Pure Spanish Horse: It is a non-profit public benefit corporation and is not organized for the private gain of any person.
