Winning With Horse Power is described as an innovative new equine experiential learning venture that is dedicated to advancing the awareness of equine experiential learning with a strong business application.

According to organization founder, Eileen Tighe, the groups' mission is to connect businesses, organizations and individuals to skilled providers worldwide..

Members offer horse-related learning from executive level down to interpersonal relationships with family and friends, as well as coping with grief and loss.

"Equine experiential learning is energizing, insightful and creates a lasting impact, breaking through barriers and enabling individuals and companies to tap into their unrealized potential," Tighe said.

The venture gets people out of the ordinary conference room setting and involved with horses, to see what the animals can teach them about business, leadership and personal development.

It provides a member directory to world-class equine experiential learning providers in all areas of expertise, a list of speakers and train-the-trainer programs, as well as an event calendar listing workshops and seminars in the US and abroad.

Its members bring real horses to the learning experience, incorporating actual horses as an integral part of the process.
