With its latest creation, Cavalia marries the equestrian arts, stage arts and high-tech theatrical effects at never-before-seen levels. A veritable revolution in live performance, Odysseo features 64 horses and 45 artists in a larger-than-life theatrical production that sends hearts racing.

This breathtaking ode to horse and man, imagined by Normand Latourelle, one of the co-founders of Cirque du Soleil, is an absolute feast for the eyes that succeeds in delivering the spectacular with soul. Odysseo comprises a list of superlatives: the world’s largest touring big top, the biggest stage, the most beautiful visual effects, and the greatest number of horses at liberty.

“Four year after the tremendous success of Cavalia in Colorado, we are thrilled to be returning to Denver this September with Odysseo - an all-new production,” said Normand Latourelle, Founder & Artistic Director.

“When Cavalia was in the city in 2010, we had one of our most successful runs ever. Colorado audiences have a deep appreciation of the artistic spirit and a great connection with our unique art form. I’m sure Odysseo will amaze and touch the hearts of many more Coloradans with this feel-good show!”

Since its 2011 premiere in Montreal, Odysseo garnered praises everywhere it toured. In Miami, Normand Latourelle was compared to Walt Disney. In Toronto, the show was held over again and again for a record 17-week run. In Los Angeles, the troupe was invited by Jay Leno on The Tonight Show — the first time Cavalia has ever agreed to send horses to a TV studio.

On this first American Tour, Odysseo also raised its signature White Big Top in Atlanta, Monterrey (Mexico), Phoenix, Boston, Washington (DC), Vancouver, Seattle, Calgary and Edmonton. To date, more than 1 000 000 spectators have experienced the magic of Odysseo.
