Good things come to those who ride Paints. For American Paint Horse Association regional clubs, this modified proverb rang true at the annual APHA Workshop May 31–June 2, when APHA awarded $1,000 sponsorships to 30 regional clubs.
The American Paint Horse Association, the international breed registry for the American Paint Horse celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2012.

The funds are for use at a regional club sponsored show or for a one or two judge show hosted by the club in 2012. Each sponsorship recipients received $1,000 from APHA; they include:

“I think it is a great way for APHA to get funds down to struggling clubs and has been received well by club members,” said former APHA President Linda Vance, a Washington State Paint Horse Club affiliate member.
