New Dressage Illustrated books help riders learn about the gaits and movements of the horse and how to ride correctly to pass dressage tests.

The WDAA is excited for these offerings as Dressage Illustrated books give equestrians the ability to both visualize a test and ride it correctly.

Dressage Illustrated books offer diagrams of each WDAA written test.  These diagrams have proven to be a valuable educational tool for riders as well as a respected reference for judges.

The books also include definitions of the gaits and movements to help the rider’s understanding and the judge’s evaluations. All coefficient movements (with double point values) are shaded for easy identification. Plus the books are conveniently sized and designed to withstand consistent use.

Dressage Illustrated books are offered in both Rider and Judges Editions.  For Riders an independent book is available for each level of WDAA Western Dressage tests and included definitions to assist in understanding the discipline, gaits and elements; helping to capitalize on learning and understanding expectations.

The Judges book includes all levels, any updates and all quick reference diagrams to maximize usability for judges.
