The Equine Feed Oat Project (EFOP) in conjunction with RFD-TV is proud to announce that Roy Roger’s beloved horse Trigger and loyal dog Bullet will blaze through the 58th annual American Association of Equine Practitioners (AAEP) Convention in Anaheim California. The event will take place at the Anaheim Convention Center Sunday, December 2 through Tuesday, December 4.
The Roy Rogers Show reigned as the most watched television show over a course of 15 years with the help of Trigger, The Golden Palomino and Bullet, The Wonder Dog.

“The Roy Rogers Show” reigned as the most watched television show over a course of 15 years with the help of Trigger, “The Golden Palomino” and Bullet “The Wonder Dog.” The iconic pets, along with “The King of Cowboys” Roy Rogers, were household names loved by Americans of all ages.
The duo now travel with RFD-TV on the “Happy Trails Tour” which began in July of 2010 after RFD-TV purchased the preserved horse and German Shepherd. The tour makes stops all around the United States and Canada, inviting fans to come and relive in memories from the show. Fans can also still join the Rogers Riders Club on RFD-TV’s website dedicated to the famous trio.
EFOP’s mission is to provide horse owners with factual information about the benefits of oats in an equine diet. Equine are beloved pets and nutrition plays a vital role in their overall health. EFOP works hard to research, educate and communicate information about oats to the equine industry to keep beloved pets like Trigger happy and healthy.
Roger’s loyal sidekicks will be on display at EFOP booth 1245 for visitors and enthusiasts to get an up close look at the iconic duo. RFD-TV offers attendees the opportunity to have a free picture taken with the pair so visitors can add new memories to the treasured ones from the past. EFOP and RFD-TV invite you to visit Trigger and Bullet during the following times:
- Sunday, December 2: 10 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Monday, December 3: 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
- Tuesday, December 4: 9 a.m. – 4 p.m.
