Spartanburg County Animal Control report that all miniature horses at an Inman farm have a new owner and a new home after citations had been issued in an earlier visit to the farm.

Animal control said they were called to Delmar Miniature Horse Farm in Inman on April 11 after a passer-by reported seeing animals in poor health.

The three miniature horses were seized and placed with a Spartanburg County rescue.

The owner sold 31 remaining horses to an undisclosed buyer, animal control officials said.

During a follow up visit on Thursday, animal control said all the miniature horses had been removed from the farm.

The owner was charged with three counts of state cruelty on April 11.
