The partnership establishes USRider as the official roadside service provider for APHA and is one of the new benefits offered to APHA members through their Xtras program.

Located in Ft. Worth, Texas, the American Paint Horse Association is dedicated to collecting, recording and preserving the pedigrees of American Paint Horses, and to stimulate and regulate all matters pertaining to the promotion, history, breeding and exhibition of this breed.

“We are excited about adding USRider to our APHA Xtras program,” said Billy Smith, Executive Director of the APHA. “This relationship will give all of our members who haul up and down the highways of the United States and Canada a level of security that’s hard to match with other roadside assistance services.”

“We are proud to be associated with the APHA and we’re excited to be working with them,” said Bill Riss, General Manager of USRider. “The APHA is dedicated to providing value and services to American Paint Horse owners. We look forward to the opportunity to offer APHA members the value and peace of mind that comes with USRider membership.”

USRider – in its eleventh year of operation – is one of the only companies to provide emergency roadside assistance for horse owners. Through the Equestrian Motor Plan, USRider provides nationwide roadside assistance and towing services along with other travel-related benefits to its Members.

The plan includes standard features such as flat-tire repair, battery assistance and lockout services, plus towing up to 100 miles and roadside repairs for tow vehicles and trailers with horses.  Plus, USRider maintains a national database that includes emergency stabling, veterinary and farrier referrals for its Members.
