The ancient art of acupressure has been used on humans, for thousands of years, and acupressure is safe, non-invasive and an extremely powerful ancient healing art that practitioners say can be used effectively on horses.

The ancient art of acupressure has been used on humans, for thousands of years! It is time for our animals to benefit from acupressure, too. Acupressure is safe, non-invasive and an extremely powerful ancient healing art. Learning acupressure will help reinforce the human-animal bond while enhancing your horse's or dog's physical health and emotional stability.

The first course is a hands-on Introduction to Acupressure & Traditional Chinese Medicine. This course is designed for animal lovers with little or no experience with acupressure or Chinese medicine. The 2.5-day course will be held on February 8 (PM), 9 and 10, 2013 in St. Cloud, Florida.

This course introduces animal guardians, trainers, and animal health care practitioners to the basics of an equine and canine acupressure treatment, key concepts underlying acupressure including the theory of Yin and Yang, the organ and meridian systems, specific acupressure points for common animal conditions and much more.

The class includes demonstrations and extensive hands-on exercises with horses and dogs. Cost for the 2.5 day course is $375.00

Five-Elements, Meridians & Specific Conditions I & II will be held on February 11-14, 2013, in St Cloud, Florida. This Intermediate Course provides an in-depth study of the meridian system.

Participants will learn how to trace the 12 Major Meridians and 2 Extraordinary Vessels, locate key acupressure points along the meridians, and be able to identify the indicators of common physical and emotional conditions for horses and small animals. Cost for the 4-day course is $725.00.
